The 6 litre water additive extinguisher is similar to Hydrospray, but is 2/3 the weight of a traditional 9lt hydrospray but with 1 1/2 times the fire fighting ability. Has a 21A fire rating- its the choice of modern fire safety users. Its special spray nozzle also passed the 35kV electrical conductivity test, making it safe if accidentally sprayed into electricals.
Useful for fires caused by cooking oils and fats etc. Very effective as the wet chemical rapidly knocks down the flames, cools the burning oil and chemically reacts to produce a soap like solution- sealing the surface and preventing re-ignition.
Suitable for flammable liquids and electrical hazards. Ideal for all electronic risks where oils, spirits, solvents and waxes are used.
Dry powder is a highly versatile class A, B & C fire extinguisher. Deals with electrical, flamable liquids and gases. Also effective for vehicle fires.
Water is still one of the most useful and effective fire extinguishers for class A fires eg. wood, paper and textiles.
Tackles class A & B fires. The foam forms a smothering seal over the surface preventing re-ignition. Ideal for multi risk usage. Electrically safe.
